We offer free UK shipping on all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@aliceandrose.co.uk with your order number, a short description of the issue and a photo of the item.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 7 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
