Delivery & Returns – Alice & Rose

Delivery Information

We offer free UK delivery on all orders.

Orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 working days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next working day.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods such as promotions, seasonal demand or courier delays. If your order has not arrived after 13 working days, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.

If an item is out of stock in our local warehouse, your order may be shipped from our international warehouse. In this case, delivery times may vary slightly.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after dispatch.


Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the matter quickly.


Uncollected or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is delivered to a collection point and is not collected within the courier’s holding period, it will be returned to us.

Returned parcels are classified as uncollected.
A £15 handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover return processing costs.


Returns Policy

We want you to feel comfortable ordering from Alice & Rose.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.


Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in original condition

  • with all tags attached

  • in original packaging

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage or misuse may not be eligible for a refund.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please email:

Include:

  • your order number

  • reason for return

  • photo if item is faulty or damaged

  • your full name and address

We will then provide the correct return address.
Please do not return items to the sender’s address shown on the parcel.
If your order was shipped from our international warehouse, your return must also be sent back to this international warehouse. We will provide the appropriate return address accordingly.


Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Your Cancellation Rights

Under consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return or valid proof of return shipment.


Late or Missing Returns

If a returned parcel is lost in transit and no proof of postage is available, we may be unable to process a refund.
