These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.aliceandrose.co.uk.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.


1. About Us

Alice & Rose is an online retail boutique based in the United Kingdom.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
This email confirms we have received your order request but does not yet constitute acceptance.

A contract between you and Alice & Rose is formed once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of:

  • pricing errors

  • stock errors

  • suspected fraud

  • payment authorisation failure

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.


3. Product Information

We take care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.

However:

  • colours may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • measurements are approximate

  • packaging may vary

These do not affect your statutory rights.


4. Pricing

All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable.

We do not charge hidden import fees or customs duties to UK customers.

Delivery is free unless otherwise stated at checkout.


5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods available on our website.

Your card or payment provider may perform security checks before approval.


6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during busy periods or due to courier factors beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived after 13 working days, please contact us and we will assist you.


7. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

8. Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

Items must be:

  • unworn

  • unused

  • with original tags

  • in original condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

We will provide the correct return address after your request.


9. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Original standard delivery costs are refundable when an order is cancelled under your statutory 14-day rights.


10. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund to you.


11. Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and returned to us, a £15 handling fee may be deducted from the refund.


12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights under UK consumer law.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including courier disruption, weather, or customs processing.


13. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
